Our clients run a large chain of Country dining pubs and restaurants. Many in idyllic locations and all beautiful buildings, including their original rustic features and log burning fires. They serve top quality food crafted by passionate chefs, allowing customers to enjoy a sophisticated meal right in the heart of lovely towns, villages and the countryside.
A talented and dynamic Head Chef is required for a gastro style pub located in Thames Ditton, Surrey.
You will need excellent team management skills and must have a track record of improving and maintaining GP's. High volume experience is also essential.
This is an real opportunity for a Chef that thrives on a busy pace and a challenge.
