Our Clients run a fabulous boutique hotel on the Surrey/Sussex boarders. It has 10 bedrooms, a 60 covers pub and a 50 covers rosette restaurant which is amazing. This is definitely a restaurant with rooms and a pub attached!!!
The are currently looking for an assistant operations manager. You will have excellent F&B knowledge, be a team player and willing to "muck in" and help run all aspects of the business. Enthusiasm and Energy are the key traits you will need to make the grade for this fantastic job.
