Our clients run a fantastic boutique hotel in Suffolk.
With 13 bedrooms and 3 AA rosette restaurant this is most definitely a destination establishment for discerning customers.
The restaurant with it's original beams, log fires and eclectic mix of classical and modern artwork perfectly complements Chef’s more casual menu style using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team.
You will have experience of working at a good rosetted establishment. Be willing to work hard and enjoy yourself.
Free live-in is available, with only bills to pay (suggest £20p/w) and the accommodation is close to the hotel.
