Our client is a specialist business managing permanent and contract business facing technology and change roles across a broad range of industries and sectors. They are looking for recruiters to come on board and focus on the development side of things. Our client wants to attract the top talent from around the UK to build their business and take advantage of the high end commission on offer here. They provide all the support and infrastructure required in order for individuals to realistically make £150k+ in their second year.
For this role they are looking for candidates to work on contract positions and who will have at least 2 years recruitment experience. At least 6 months experience working on a dev desk in either financial services or a commercial environment is necessary. A willingness to travel occasionally and to be money motivated will help filter if you’re right for this job.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the drive and determination to succeed and work their way up, other requirements are as followed:
• To ensure that individual targets are achieved in accordance with the company business plan
• To build and develop the levels of business activity from a client and candidate perspective
• To manage the recruitment process by giving clients and candidates excellent customer service
• To adhere to company procedures and quality guidelines
