We are currently assisting our client based in Portsmouth for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
You must have minimum 2 years experience working within a recruitment agency/business.
Package up to £30k per annum Must come from an environment with a strong sales culture and high emphasis on customer service/delivery. Highly versatile and proactive individual with a positive outlook and willingness to succeed. To drive business development activities, attend business appointments with all levels of staff to introduce clients services.
Good knowledge of recruitment law and legislation enabling the individual to manoeuvre a service relevant to a clients recruitment strategy. Personable and good sense of humour a must!
