Producer

Our client requires an experienced producer who is process driven with excellent managerial and diplomacy skills to manage the team creating a very popular product.

The successful candidate will report to the production director, having responsibility for the leading internal game development teams through the entire production process. With our client, dealing with people is just as important as dealing with the schedule. This shows how a confident person with the ability to lead, inspire, guide and direct the team is a necessity.

To be suitable for this position you will have an in depth understanding of the key responsibilities for this role. You will facilitate communication of the overall project status, progress, issues and risks to management, external development partners and internal departments. You will create and support a climate of collaboration with the team along with tracking progress and identity issues and risks throughout the products’ life cycle.

Although not necessary, it would be desirable to have any of the following:

• Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering TCG
• Experience working on digital  download titles (XBLA, PSN and Steam)
• Formal Project management training (such as Scrum Master Certification)

As the producer you will have excellent knowledge and proven practical experience of project management methodologies as well as the ability to work independently with a high degree of individual initiative and commitment.
