Chef de Partie

The Role

 Our client prides themselves on exceptional food and beverage service and as such, are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is as passionate about guest satisfaction as they are about food.

What is involved?

 The Chef de Partie will be responsible for…

· Assisting the Sous Chef and above, they will ensure a smooth service from preparation to plating.

· Running sections within the kitchen through service, guiding and coaching more junior members of the team.

· Ensuring standards are met and maintained by you and the team, demonstrating high levels of attention to detail and pride in the dishes that you produce. 

· A high level of understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.

· The ability to manage junior team members ensuring they are also aware of and follow safety guidelines without exception.

· Previous experience in a similar environment.

· A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 5* establishment.

· Creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

· Relishes the pressure of the kitchen environment.
