Our Client is a friendly, precision engineering company based near Portsmouth; they are looking for a CNC Turner (Bridgeport VMCs With Heidenhain Controls) with considerable experience to join our progressive and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be friendly, flexible and value working as part of a team in a family run business. The role is full time, permanent and will involve all aspects of precision engineering. This includes running a wide variety of machines both on prototypes but mainly production batches, manufacturing tooling, machine maintenance and generally assisting in the company’s production requirements.
Day shift: 7:30 am - 4pm
Late shift: 4:45pm - 12:30pm
Experience within both setting/programming and operating the machines and experience of high volume work is essential.
