This is an exciting opportunity to have significant impact within a medium sized business dedicated to rapid expansion over the next five years.

Our client is a manufacturer of precision engineered components within the Hampshire region and due to growth prospects requires an experienced Maintenance Engineer. 
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the role will encompass leading a complete cultural change in the department, leading form the front with PPM scheduling, continuous improvement projects as well as the ability to remain hands on (mechanical and electrical) with the latest CNC machinery and aged assets. 
Applicants must be from a Precision Engineering manufacturing / engineering environment and be passionate about implementing continuous improvements and major change programmes.
