Web Analyst

Bailey Finch Associates are delighted to assist our client with the role of Web Analyst.

The role will involve:

Supporting the analytics needs of the web team and wider business by analyzing web traffic and customer behaviour. Using relevant tools to produce reports and make recommendations that support sales growth.

·Daily / weekly / monthly / ad hoc reporting

·Website behaviour and customer experience analysis

·Data consolidation and validation

·Coordinating tags and tracking parameter implementations.

·Creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents and post test analysis.

·Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.

·Effective and persuasive presentations  for project teams and business leaders

You must be:

·Degree level

·Google analytics expert level (preferably Google certified)

·Expert knowledge of popular web analytics packages including Hitwise

·Ecommerce and retail experience, payment gateways and security

·Knowledge of online marketing / SEO / PPC and site usability

·Handle multiple tasks able to switch priorities

·Microsoft Excel – expert level

·Understands relevant technology applications

·Understands complex web platforms and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work

·Collaborate on creation of project plan and tasks for the team

·Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.

·Work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team

·Contribute to improvements in processes technical or business

·Key contributor to decisions beyond specific scope of role

·Project management skills
