The role will involve:
Responsible for the coordination, development and motivation of the marketing team
Create and implement approximately 7 key promotional campaigns throughout the year, in addition tactical and adhoc promotional initiatives. Working within the brand guidelines and following the campaign briefs develop a cohesive promotional creative plan
Working directly with creative agencies develop clear and concise communication that supports both brand and customer journey
Management of print and fulfilment suppliers, ensuring costs are maintained and operational efficiencies are achieved. Ensuring activity is delivered to budget and within the time-frames outlined and that supplier relationships are maintained
Project management of key initiatives driven by marketing.
Oversee all briefs relating to weekly activity and campaigns
Maintain and manage marketing budget
Strong ability to multi-task, managing different projects simultaneously covering different disciplines
Motivational and leadership skills. Able to drive, coordinate and motivate individuals across multiple projects which includes both direct reports and other key stakeholders
Creative thinking
Understanding of print
Broad retail marketing skills including legal awareness
Project management and deadline setting
Assertive and comfortable in communicating with individuals at all levels
